  3. 1 application, 1 photo and yellow fever immunization.  Business visa
  4. requires company letter.  Send $2 postage for return of passport or $15.30 for
  5. Federal Express and $9.95 for Express Mail service.  (Money orders
  6. only.) Allow 2 weeks for processing.    Exit visas are required of all
